Governance
The Student List's platform, titled "Serbia or the Mafia," centers on rebuilding judicial and prosecutorial independence. It proposes an independent Special Prosecutorial Police tasked with investigating corruption free of political interference, along with disciplinary action against judges, prosecutors, and police officials found to be shielding criminal structures. The plan also calls for an asset-origin law and a lustration process to verify how public officials acquired their property, paired with a strengthened Tax Administration mandated to trace and recover stolen public funds.

Governance
A second strand of the program targets transparency in state spending and media. It calls for opening all public procurement contracts and tenders to public scrutiny, strengthening the State Audit Institution, and reviewing past infrastructure contracts that were awarded without competitive, transparent bidding. It also pledges to depoliticize the broadcasting regulator (REM) and state broadcaster RTS, review editorial accountability at state and private outlets, and replace party-based hiring and appointments in the public sector with open, competition-based recruitment of qualified staff.

Education
Under the "Knowledge is Power" section of the plan, the Student List commits to free textbooks for all primary and secondary school students nationwide, alongside a curriculum overhaul aimed at emphasizing critical thinking. It also proposes closer links between universities and industry to retain graduates and research capacity in the country.

Economy
The "Serbia Grows with Us" section proposes startup grants intended to help move the economy away from low-wage production toward higher-value output, alongside grants for farmers making a similar transition. It also pledges to amend labor law to cut the maximum duration of fixed-term employment contracts from 24 months to 12, framed as increasing job security for workers kept on repeated short-term contracts.

Agriculture/Food
The program designates farmland and water resources as protected national assets, to be shielded from further sale or exploitation. It also commits to abolishing existing import monopolies and other market-distorting arrangements affecting food, with the stated aim of ensuring fairer pricing between producers and retailers and safeguarding domestic food security.

Health
On healthcare, the platform calls for state controls to bring down medicine prices, the reopening and renovation of rural health clinics that have closed or fallen into disrepair, and the hiring of new young doctors to restore basic medical services in underserved areas.

Infrastructure
The Student List also proposes affordable rental and purchase housing programs targeted at young couples and at professionals in occupations facing staff shortages, combined with tax relief measures for these groups.
